Twenty 20 Architecture Ltd was co-founded by Aaron Hewitt, Bryn Millard and Carlos de Oliveira – who have a combined experience of over 55 years in the construction industry. As a growing practice, we have expanded the team to include experienced technical manager Jonathan Moules and Creative Graphics Director Andrew Crowther. You can read more about us all on the Meet the team page.

Who do we work for?

We work for private clients and many property developers throughout the UK and we take pride in our reputation as a friendly, dynamic and approachable practice. We offer a very personal service to all our clients and use the latest technology to realise their visions. Whatever your project – from a home extension to an exclusive housing estate, we approach things from exactly the same perspective: gaining a real understanding of what you want to achieve so that we can plan and design something that works for you.

We are always happy to work with other consultants you already have on board; and we have relationships with tried-and-tested consultants that we can recommend to you, if you need them.

Designing for life

Our advice is also always geared to suit the local environment you’re building in, and the local rules and regulations that apply to you. We also always design for what works for you, your lifestyle or your sales objectives – not what suits our own preferences or follows the latest trends. Good design is about both form and function, and whilst we’ll always advise about space, light and practicality, our job is to give you the building you really want. For developers, this means designing a layout that would best suit current market conditions whilst simultaneously maximising your development’s commercial potential.

Keeping an eye on costs

Being a multi-disciplinary practice with in-depth understanding of development costs allows us to keep an eye on your budget, making sure that all costs are thought about or flagged up in advance and that you understand exactly what you are committed to and where additional expenditure might occur. Our job is to give you a well-designed, attractive building that meets your needs and keeps to your budget.
